Ron SerotaMr. Ronald N. Serota is a Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney. He is currently the managing shareholder of the law firm Corporate Law Center, which is based in Las Vegas and specializes in Corporate and Franchise law services.

Mr. Serota graduated from the University of Illinois – Urbana with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and emphasis in Accounting. He then obtained his law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and shortly after that he earned his Juris Doctorate degree.

With an array of legal and accounting skills, he has worked as an attorney with a mid-sized corporate securities law firm, prepared U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings for dozens of public clients including public registrations and periodic reporting and he has prepared Private Placement Memoranda. In preparing these Memoranda he conducted extensive research and writing regarding the impact of the Securities Act and the Exchange Act and drafted shareholder and board resolutions associated with the various corporate transactions. Mr. Serota also worked at several mid-sized accounting firms based in Las Vegas where he served as Vice-President and Director of Taxation. Most notably he served as a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co., in Chicago, IL.

Mr. Serota currently concentrates in assisting clients with tax, corporate securities and finance, business law, employment law, civil rights violations (racial discrimination; excessive use of force by law enforcement officials), immigration matters and many other legal services.

Ratelle, Director of Business Development and Corporate Securities Paralegal.  Ms. Catherine Ratelle has over twenty years of experience in securities, legal, business administration and networking in both law firm environments as well as private business sector. Ms. Ratelle has held positions as Vice President of Operations for both large and small development and public corporations.  In addition, she has been Corporate Administrator for various Large and Medium size law firms both in Chicago and Las Vegas. In April 1999, Ms. Ratelle turned her focus in the corporate securities area to assist and support in developing public companies in the technologies and Internet industry.  Ms. Ratelle with her vast experience in business as well as networking was able to assist companies through many challenges of early and on-going stages of growth. From managerial development, Ms. Ratelle offers her background relationships to bring success for management and shareholders alike.  From May 1994 to October 1998, Ms. Ratelle was a key member of the management team for a Development Company, which after three (3) years became the 42nd largest national home builder. In addition, to the residential building arena, Ms. Ratelle was a factor in the administration and development of two (2) major off-strip casinos. Through her vast experience, Ms. Ratelle organized and coordinated with the management team to raise over $100 Million in developing these two properties.  Ms. Ratelle, was a key member in coordinating with various Federal, State and Local government authorities in the development of these facilities.
