Mr. Ronald N. Serota is a Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney. He is currently the managing shareholder of the law firm Corporate Law Center, which is based in Las Vegas and specializes in Corporate and Franchise law services.
Mr. Serota graduated from the University of Illinois – Urbana with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and emphasis in Accounting. He then obtained his law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and shortly after that he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. http://www.law.unlv.edu/alumni.html
With an array of legal and accounting skills, he has worked as an attorney with a mid-sized corporate securities law firm, prepared U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings for dozens of public clients including public registrations and periodic reporting and he has prepared Private Placement Memoranda. In preparing these Memoranda he conducted extensive research and writing regarding the impact of the Securities Act and the Exchange Act and drafted shareholder and board resolutions associated with the various corporate transactions. Mr. Serota also worked at several mid-sized accounting firms based in Las Vegas where he served as Vice-President and Director of Taxation. Most notably he served as a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co., in Chicago, IL.
Mr. Serota currently concentrates in assisting clients with tax, corporate securities and finance, business law, employment law, civil rights violations (racial discrimination; excessive use of force by law enforcement officials), immigration matters and many other legal services.
